Delmõnas – tradicinė Klaipėdos krašto moteriškos aprangos detalė, 2019 m. pripažinta saugotina vertybe ir įtraukta į Lietuvos nematerialaus kultūros paveldo vertybių sąvadą.

 

Klaipėdos etnokultūros centras, norėdamas įvairiapusiškai supažindinti su delmonų kūrimo ir dėvėjimo tradicija, klaipėdiečiams bei miesto svečiams pristato erdvę, kur eksponuojami tradiciniai delmonai, šiandieninių autorių darbai bei Mažosios Lietuvos tautiniai kostiumai. Delmonų galerijoje taip pat gyvai pristatomas siuvinėtojos amatas, atskirą Delmonų galerijos dalį sudaro siuvimo amatui dedikuota erdvė. Galerijos šeimininkė – tradicinio siuvinėjimo meistrė Irena Ungaro – lankytojus supažindina su regiono kostiumo išskirtinumais (lietuvių, anglų, vokiečių, italų, rusų kalbomis).

Delmonų galerijos veikla vykdoma įgyvendinant Klaipėdos etnokultūros centro projektą „Mažosios Lietuvos amatystė“, kurį globoja Klaipėdos miesto savivaldybė, remia Lietuvos kultūros taryba. 

 

Įstaigos patalpose privaloma laikytis visų LR Vyriausybės nustatytų sveikatos saugos taisyklių ir rekomendacijų. Delmõnas is a traditional detail of women's clothing in Klaipėda region, recognised as a protected valuable object and included in the Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Lithuania in 2019.

Seeking to comprehensively introduce the tradition of making and wearing delmonai to Klaipėda residents and city guests, Klaipėda Centre of Ethnic Culture presents a space where traditional delmonai, as well as works of today's authors and national costumes of Lithuania Minor are exhibited. The embroiderer's craft is also presented live in the gallery, and a space dedicated to the craft of sewing forms a separate part. The hostess of the gallery, Irena Ungaro, a master of traditional embroidery, introduces visitors to the peculiarities of regional costume (in Lithuanian, English, German, Italian, Russian).
