The Representative Flag and the Field Flag of Lithuania Minor were approved by Resolution No. TN-17 of the President of the Council for the Protection of Ethnic Culture, "On the Approval of the Heraldic Flags of the Lithuania Minor Ethnographic Region."
This year marks the first-ever celebration of Lithuania Minor Day in Klaipėda and throughout the entire Lithuania Minor region.
